Casio EXS100 User's Guide

To set up your Casio EXS100, insert a charged battery and an SD card. Turn on the camera and follow the on-screen instructions to set the date, time, and language.
If your Casio EXS100 doesn't turn on, check if the battery is charged and correctly inserted. If the problem persists, try replacing the battery or resetting the camera.
Connect the camera to your computer using a USB cable. Alternatively, remove the SD card from the camera and use an SD card reader to transfer photos directly.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently clean the lens. Avoid using liquid cleaners directly on the lens as they might damage the coating.
To reset the camera, go to the menu, select 'Setup', then 'Reset', and confirm the action. This will restore all settings to their original defaults.
Ensure that the lens is clean and free from smudges. Adjust the focus settings and check if the camera is in the appropriate shooting mode for your scene.
To extend battery life, reduce the screen brightness, turn off the camera when not in use, and avoid using the flash unnecessarily.
Visit the Casio website to download the latest firmware. Follow the instructions provided to install it onto your camera using an SD card.
Store the camera in a cool, dry place. Remove the battery if the camera will not be used for an extended period to prevent battery drain or leakage.
First, remove and reinsert the memory card. If the error persists, try formatting the card in the camera, ensuring you've backed up any important data first.
