To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the machine, add the appropriate amount of detergent, and close the door. Select the desired wash program using the control dial, and press the start button.
Ensure that the machine is plugged in and the power switch is turned on. Check that the door is closed properly. If the problem persists, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out completely. Use warm water and a soft brush to clean any residue, then reinsert the drawer into the machine.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, door seal, and drum. Check and clean the filter monthly to ensure proper drainage.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Inspect and clean the pump filter. Ensure that the drain hose is positioned correctly at the appropriate height.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting the feet. Check that the laundry load is balanced inside the drum. Avoid washing single heavy items.
Error code E03 typically indicates a drainage issue. Check the drain pump filter and hose for blockages. Ensure the drain hose is not kinked.
Ensure the machine is on a stable, level surface. Use anti-vibration pads under the feet. Make sure the laundry load is evenly distributed.
Leave the door and detergent drawer open after each wash to allow air circulation and prevent mold growth. Regularly clean the door seal and use a washing machine cleaner monthly.
To reset the machine, turn it off and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
