To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, add detergent, close the door, select the desired wash program using the program selector knob, and press the start button.
Ensure the machine is plugged in, the door is properly closed, and the water supply is turned on. Check the circuit breaker and try resetting the machine by turning it off and on again.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Soak it in warm water and use a brush to remove any residue. Rinse and dry before reinserting it.
Run an empty cycle with hot water and add a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner to the drum. This helps in removing any build-up and maintaining hygiene.
Unusual noises may result from unbalanced loads, objects left in pockets, or loose parts. Ensure the machine is level and check for foreign objects in the drum.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged, and clean the filter located at the bottom front of the machine. Ensure the pump is functioning properly.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, drum, and filter. Avoid overloading the machine, and use the correct amount of detergent. Check hoses for leaks and replace them if worn.
Leave the door slightly open after each cycle to allow air circulation. Regularly run a maintenance wash with hot water and vinegar or a machine cleaner.
Check if the selected spin speed is appropriate. Ensure the load is balanced, as an unbalanced load can prevent proper spinning. Examine the drain pump and hoses for blockages.
Inspect hoses and connections for leaks or cracks. Ensure the door seal is intact and clean. Check the detergent drawer for any blockages that might cause overflow.
