To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Add the appropriate amount of detergent to the dispenser. Select the desired wash program using the program dial, and then press the start/pause button to begin the cycle.
Ensure that the machine is properly plugged in and the door is securely closed. Check the circuit breaker or fuse box to ensure power supply is active. If the issue persists, try resetting the machine by turning it off and on again.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out fully and pressing the release lever. Rinse the drawer under warm water to remove any residue. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush. Reinsert the drawer once clean and dry.
Excessive vibration may be due to an unbalanced load. Try redistributing the laundry evenly in the drum. Additionally, ensure the machine is level by adjusting the feet if necessary.
To clean the filter, locate it at the bottom front of the machine. Turn it counterclockwise to remove it. Clean any debris or lint under running water, then replace the filter by turning it clockwise.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure the filter is clean and not clogged. If the problem continues, inspect the pump for obstructions.
Regular maintenance should be performed every three months. This includes cleaning the detergent drawer, filter, and drum, as well as checking the hoses for any signs of wear.
The recommended load capacity is 5 kg of dry laundry. Overloading the machine may result in reduced washing efficiency and increased wear on the machine.
To prevent mold and odors, leave the door slightly open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the detergent drawer and the drum, and use a washing machine cleaner once a month.
Refer to the user manual to identify the specific error code. Each code corresponds to a different issue, such as water supply problems or door lock issues. Follow the troubleshooting steps provided in the manual.
