To start a wash cycle, load your dishes, add detergent, close the door, select your desired wash program using the control panel, and press the start button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure that the filter inside the dishwasher is clean and free from debris.
To clean the filter, remove the lower dish rack, locate the filter at the bottom of the dishwasher, twist it counterclockwise, and rinse it under running water.
Unusual noises could be due to items touching the spray arm. Ensure that dishes and utensils are loaded properly and not interfering with the spray arm.
It's recommended to clean the spray arms every three months. Remove them and rinse thoroughly to ensure there are no clogs.
Use a high-quality dishwasher detergent that is suitable for automatic dishwashers. Avoid using liquid dish soap or hand soap.
To reset the dishwasher, hold down the start button for about 5 seconds until the display clears. Then, select the desired program and start the cycle again.
Ensure the door is fully closed and latched. Check that the dishwasher is plugged in and that the circuit breaker has not tripped.
Place large pots and pans in the lower rack, ensuring they do not block the spray arms. Tilt them slightly for better water coverage.
Regularly clean the filter, spray arms, and door seals. Run an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner to remove buildup and odors.
