To set the timer, press the "Timer" button, then use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the time. Press "Start" to begin the countdown.
Ensure the cooker is plugged in and switched on. Check the circuit breaker and inspect the power cord for any damages. If the problem persists, contact a qualified technician.
Use a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid using steel wool or harsh chemicals as they can damage the surface.
