Clean the interior of the microwave weekly or as needed, especially after spills. Use a mild detergent and a damp cloth to wipe down the surfaces. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
Use microwave-safe glass, ceramic, or plastic containers. Avoid metal cookware and ensure that any dishes used are labeled as microwave-safe.
Error code E1 indicates a sensor error. Unplug the microwave for a few minutes, then plug it back in. If the error persists, contact customer service for assistance.

It is not recommended to use aluminum foil in the microwave as it can cause sparks or fires. If necessary, use only small amounts and ensure it does not touch the sides of the microwave.
Ensure proper ventilation by keeping the air vents clear of obstructions. Avoid running the microwave empty and allow it to cool between uses if cooking multiple items.
