To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Then, add detergent to the detergent drawer. Select the desired wash cycle using the control knob, and press the 'Start/Pause' button.
Ensure that the machine is plugged in and the door is securely closed. Check that the water supply is turned on. If the issue persists, try resetting the machine by turning it off and back on.
Locate the filter at the bottom front of the machine. Open the cover, unscrew the filter cap, and remove any debris. Clean the filter under running water and replace it securely.
Error code E10 typically indicates a water supply issue. Check that the water tap is open and the hose is not kinked or blocked.
To prevent tangling, do not overload the drum, and mix large and small items in each load for better distribution. Use a gentle cycle for delicate fabrics.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer and door seal. Check and clean the filter monthly. Run an empty hot wash cycle with vinegar to remove detergent buildup every few months.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load. Ensure the machine is level and the laundry is evenly distributed. Avoid washing single heavy items.
To use the delay start feature, load the machine and select your wash cycle. Press the 'Delay Start' button to set the desired delay time, then press 'Start/Pause' to activate.
Use a high-efficiency (HE) detergent for the best results. Follow the detergent manufacturer's instructions and adjust the amount based on load size and soil level.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the filter is clean and the drain pump is not obstructed. Inspect the drain hose for any blockages.
