To start a washing cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the appropriate compartment, close the door, select the desired program using the program selector knob, and press the start button.
If the washing machine does not start, check that it is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet, the door is securely closed, and the water supply is turned on. If these are all correct, try resetting the machine.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it by pulling it out until it stops, then press the release lever to fully remove it. Rinse under warm water to remove any detergent residue and use a brush to clean any deposits in the compartments.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, check and clean the filter for debris, inspect the door seal for mold or residue, and run an empty hot wash cycle with a washing machine cleaner to maintain hygiene.
Ensure that the washing machine is level on the floor and that all transport bolts have been removed. Avoid overloading the machine, and try redistributing the load to ensure even weight distribution.
Check for any blockages in the drain hose and ensure it is not kinked. Clean the pump filter to remove any debris, and ensure the drain hose is at the correct height.
If the machine is not spinning, check if the load is unbalanced or too small. Ensure that the lid or door is closed properly and the spin cycle is not skipped in the program settings.
Run an empty wash cycle with hot water and a cup of white vinegar or a specialized washing machine cleaner. Clean the door seal and detergent drawer to remove any mold or mildew buildup.
To reset the washing machine, turn the program selector to the 'off' position, unplug the machine from the power outlet, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in. Select and start a new program.
Refer to the user manual for the specific error code meaning. Common solutions include checking water supply, ensuring the door is closed, and cleaning the filter. If issues persist, contact customer service.
