To start a wash cycle, load your dishes, add detergent, close the door, and select your desired wash program using the control panel. Finally, press the start button to initiate the cycle.
Check for any blockages in the filter, drain hose, or air gap. Clean these components if necessary. Ensure that the drain hose is properly connected and not kinked.
Ensure that you are using the right amount of detergent and rinse aid. Avoid overloading the dishwasher, and choose a wash cycle that is appropriate for your glassware.
Check for any loose items inside the dishwasher that may be rattling. Ensure that the spray arms are not obstructed. Inspect the dishwasher feet to confirm that the appliance is level.
Regularly clean the filter, spray arms, and door seals. Check for any build-up of residue or debris inside the dishwasher and clean as needed. Run an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner monthly.
Ensure that you are using a rinse aid to reduce water spots. Select a drying option if available, and open the door slightly after the cycle completes to allow steam to escape.
Inspect the door seals for damage or debris. Ensure that the dishwasher is level and that the door is closing properly. Check the water inlet and drain hoses for any leaks or damages.
White residue is typically caused by hard water. Ensure that you are using a high-quality detergent and add a rinse aid. Consider using a dishwasher cleaner to remove mineral deposits.
To reset the dishwasher, turn off the appliance and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes. Plug it back in and restart the desired wash cycle.
Ensure that the dishwasher is connected to a power source. Check if the door is properly closed as it may prevent the control panel from activating. If the issue persists, consider contacting a technician for further diagnosis.
