To clean the surface, ensure the hob is turned off and cool. Use a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid using steel wool or scouring pads as they may scratch the surface.
Check if the hob is correctly connected to the power supply. Ensure that the cookware is suitable for induction cooking and is placed correctly on the hob. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
To activate the control lock, press and hold the lock button until the indicator light turns on. This will disable the touch controls until the lock is deactivated.
The hob requires induction-compatible cookware, typically made of magnetic stainless steel, cast iron, or enameled iron. To test compatibility, see if a magnet sticks to the bottom of the cookware.
If the hob does not function normally after a power outage, turn off the main power supply to the hob, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on. This will reset the electronics.
Refer to the user manual for specific error codes. Common solutions include checking connections or resetting the hob. If the problem persists, contact customer service for assistance.
Induction hobs generate electromagnetic fields that may interfere with pacemakers. Consult your doctor and the pacemaker manufacturer for advice on safe use.
Regularly clean the hob surface and ensure the air vents are unobstructed. Perform a visual inspection of the power cord and plug for any signs of damage.
Use the touch control panel to select the desired cooking zone, then adjust the power level using the plus and minus buttons. The display will show the current power setting.
It is normal for induction hobs to make a humming noise, especially at high power levels. This is due to the magnetic fields interacting with metal cookware. If the noise is excessive, ensure the cookware is compatible and sits flat on the hob.
