To change the water filter, locate the filter compartment inside the refrigerator. Twist the old filter counterclockwise to remove it, and replace it with a new one by twisting clockwise until it locks into place.
If the refrigerator is not cooling properly, check if the thermostat is set to the correct temperature. Ensure the vents inside are not blocked by food items. Clean the condenser coils at the back of the fridge and verify that the door seals are intact.
To defrost the freezer, remove all the food items, unplug the refrigerator, and leave the freezer door open. Place towels around the bottom to absorb water. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior before plugging it back in.
Regularly clean the condenser coils every 6 months, check and replace the water filter every 6 months, and inspect the door seals monthly to ensure they are sealing properly.
Ensure the refrigerator is level, as uneven placement can cause vibrations. Check for any loose items in the fridge and freezer, and make sure the appliance is not touching the wall or other objects.
To reset the control panel, unplug the refrigerator for about 5 minutes and then plug it back in. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer service for further assistance.
Check if the water filter is installed correctly and the drain pan is not overflowing. Ensure the defrost drain is clear and not clogged. If the problem continues, seek professional service.
Locate the temperature control panel inside the unit, typically at the top or side. Adjust the settings to your desired temperature, allowing 24 hours for the changes to take full effect.
Ensure the ice maker is turned on and that the water supply is connected. Check for any ice blockages and ensure the freezer temperature is set correctly. If issues persist, consult the user manual.
Remove all food items and shelves. Clean the interior with a solution of mild soap and warm water. Wipe down with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly before replacing shelves and food items.
