To adjust the temperature, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator compartment. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to set your desired temperature. The recommended setting for the fridge is between 3°C to 5°C.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure that the temperature settings are correct. Clean the condenser coils at the back of the unit as dust can impede cooling efficiency.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every 6 months. This helps maintain optimal cooling performance and extends the lifespan of your refrigerator.
To defrost the freezer, remove all items and turn off the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open and place towels to absorb the melting ice. Once defrosted, clean the interior with a mild detergent, dry it thoroughly, and restart the appliance.
Unusual noises can be due to the refrigerator not being level or items inside vibrating. Ensure the refrigerator is standing on a level surface and check that nothing inside is causing the noise. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
Locate the water filter compartment, typically situated in the upper right corner of the refrigerator. Turn the filter counterclockwise to remove it, then install the new filter by turning it clockwise until secure. Run water through the new filter before use.
Water pooling usually indicates a blocked defrost drain. Clear any debris from the drain line located at the back of the refrigerator. Use warm water to clear any ice blockages in the drain tube.
Ensure the refrigerator is placed away from heat sources and has adequate ventilation. Keep the doors closed as much as possible and ensure the seals are airtight. Regularly clean the condenser coils to maintain efficiency.
After a power outage, unplug the refrigerator for about 5 minutes. Plug it back in and reset the temperature settings to your preferred levels. Wait for a few hours for the refrigerator to stabilize.
To replace the light bulb, unplug the refrigerator and locate the light cover inside the unit. Remove the cover and unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new bulb of the same wattage and reattach the cover.
