To start a wash cycle, load your dishes, add detergent, close the door, select your desired program by pressing the program button, and then press the start button.
Check the drain hose for kinks or clogs, clean the filter, and ensure the kitchen sink drain is not blocked. If problems persist, consult the manual or contact a technician.
To clean the filter, remove the lower rack, twist the filter counterclockwise and lift it out. Rinse it under running water and use a soft brush to remove debris. Replace it by aligning and twisting clockwise.
Ensure the door is fully closed, check if the dishwasher is properly plugged in, and verify that the circuit breaker is not tripped. Also, make sure the water supply is turned on.
Clean the spray arms every two to three months. Remove them from the dishwasher and rinse under running water to clear any blockages. Use a toothpick to clean any clogged holes.
Regularly clean the filter, spray arms, and door seals. Check for any food debris inside the dishwasher and wipe down the interior with a damp cloth monthly.
Open the rinse aid compartment, usually located on the inside of the dishwasher door, and adjust the dial to the desired level. Close the compartment securely after adjustment.
Spots may be caused by hard water. Ensure you are using a rinse aid, and consider using a water softener if your water is particularly hard. Also, check that you are using the correct amount of detergent.
To reset the dishwasher, turn it off, wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on. If the problem persists, consult the user manual for specific reset instructions.
Unusual noises may be caused by items blocking the spray arms, loose items in the dishwasher, or improperly loaded dishes. Check and rearrange as necessary. If noises persist, inspect for any mechanical issues.
