To adjust the temperature settings, use the temperature control panel located inside the refrigerator. The recommended setting is 4°C for the fridge and -18°C for the freezer. Adjust the settings based on the ambient temperature and the amount of food stored.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the temperature settings are correct. Clean the condenser coils and check the door seals for any gaps or damage. If the issue persists, contact a professional technician.
To defrost, remove all food from the freezer and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open to melt the ice. Once defrosted, clean the interior with a mild detergent, dry it thoroughly, and plug the refrigerator back in.
Remove all food items and shelves. Use a solution of mild detergent and warm water to wipe down the interior. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth before replacing the shelves and food.
It is recommended to replace the water filter every six months or when you notice a decrease in water flow or a change in taste. Follow the instructions in your user manual for replacement.
Check if the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is connected. Ensure the freezer temperature is set between -15°C and -18°C. If the issue persists, inspect the ice maker for any blockages or contact a service technician.
Ensure the refrigerator is placed away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep the condenser coils clean, and ensure the door seals are airtight. Avoid overloading the refrigerator to allow proper air circulation.
Check the water supply line and connections for any leaks or damage. Inspect the drain pan for cracks. If the leak persists, it may be necessary to contact a professional technician for further diagnosis.
Ensure the freezer door is closing properly and the gasket is intact. Do not leave the door open for extended periods. If frost buildup continues, consider manually defrosting the freezer and checking for any obstructions in the air vents.
Regularly clean the condenser coils, check and replace the door seals if necessary, and defrost the freezer if there is excess frost. Also, clean the interior and replace the water filter every six months for optimal performance.
