To adjust the temperature settings, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator compartment. Use the temperature adjustment buttons to set your desired temperature for both the fridge and freezer sections.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the doors are closing properly and the seals are intact. Clean the condenser coils to improve cooling efficiency. If the problem persists, contact customer support for assistance.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every 6 months to ensure optimal performance. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning.
To defrost the freezer, remove all food items and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt naturally. Use towels to absorb the water. Once defrosted, clean and dry the compartment before plugging the unit back in.
Locate the water filter compartment inside the refrigerator. Turn the old filter counterclockwise to remove it. Insert the new filter and turn it clockwise until it locks in place. Run water through the new filter for a few minutes to clear any air or impurities.
Unusual noises can be caused by various factors such as the appliance not being level, items inside the refrigerator vibrating, or the compressor working harder. Ensure the refrigerator is stable and check that items inside are not touching the walls.
To improve energy efficiency, ensure the refrigerator is not overfilled, as this can obstruct air circulation. Keep the door seals clean and intact, and avoid placing the refrigerator near heat sources. Adjust the temperature settings to the recommended levels.
Check if the bulb is burnt out and replace it if necessary. Ensure the refrigerator is plugged in and the door switch is functioning properly. If the light still does not work, consult a technician for further inspection.
To prevent frost buildup, ensure the freezer door is closed tightly. Avoid frequent door openings and ensure the door seals are not damaged. Regularly check and defrost the freezer to maintain efficiency.
During a power outage, keep the refrigerator and freezer doors closed to preserve the cold temperature as long as possible. Avoid opening the doors unnecessarily. Once power is restored, check the temperature settings and the condition of stored food.
