To adjust the temperature settings, locate the temperature control dial inside the refrigerator compartment. Turn the dial clockwise to lower the temperature and counterclockwise to increase it.
First, ensure that the refrigerator is plugged in and the temperature setting is correct. Check the condenser coils for dust and clean them if necessary. Verify that the door seals are intact and not allowing warm air in.
The refrigerator is equipped with automatic defrosting, so manual defrosting is not required. However, if you notice frost buildup, it may indicate an issue with the defrost system that needs attention.
Use a mixture of warm water and mild detergent to wipe down the interior surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools that might damage the surfaces. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
Unusual noises may be caused by the refrigerator being unlevel or items inside vibrating. Check to ensure the appliance is stable and evenly placed. Also, make sure internal components are not touching each other.
Unplug the refrigerator before replacing the bulb. Locate the light cover inside the compartment, remove it, and replace the bulb with a new one of the same type and wattage. Reattach the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
Check if the door seals are clean and free from debris. Ensure that food items are not obstructing the door. If the seals are damaged, they may need to be replaced to ensure proper closure.
After a power outage, the refrigerator should resume normal operation automatically. If it does not, unplug it for a few minutes and then plug it back in to reset the system.
Regularly clean the condenser coils, check door seals for integrity, ensure proper airflow inside the appliance, and inspect for unusual noises or leaks. Schedule professional maintenance if necessary.
Empty the refrigerator and secure all shelves and drawers. Keep it upright during transport to prevent compressor damage. Secure the doors with tape and use a dolly for safe movement.
