To adjust the temperature settings, locate the temperature control panel usually inside the refrigerator. Use the arrow buttons to set your desired temperature for both the fridge and freezer compartments.
Check if the refrigerator is plugged in properly and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the vents inside are not blocked, and the door seals are not damaged. If the problem persists, consider contacting a professional technician.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils at least twice a year to ensure efficient operation of the refrigerator.
Ice buildup can be caused by frequent opening of the freezer door, improper sealing, or setting the temperature too low. Check the door seal and adjust the temperature if necessary.
To replace the light bulb, first unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover, remove it, and unscrew the old bulb. Install a new bulb of the same type and wattage, then replace the cover.
Unusual noises can be due to the refrigerator not being level, items inside vibrating, or normal expansion and contraction of inner components. Ensure the fridge is level and items are securely placed.
Regularly clean the interior with a mixture of baking soda and water, and ensure that food is properly sealed. Keeping an open box of baking soda inside can also help absorb odors.
To defrost the freezer, remove all items and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open and place towels to absorb water. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior before plugging it back in.
Locate the water filter compartment, usually at the bottom or inside the refrigerator. Twist the old filter counterclockwise to remove it, and install the new filter by twisting it clockwise until secure.
Ensure the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is not blocked. Check the ice maker's arm is in the down position and reset the ice maker if necessary.
