To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, select your desired wash program using the control panel, and press the start button.
Check the drain hose for any blockages or kinks. Ensure the filter is clean and inspect the pump for any obstructions. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact a service technician.
Remove the detergent dispenser by pulling it out gently. Wash it under warm water using a soft brush to remove any detergent build-up. Dry it completely before reinserting it into the machine.
Regularly clean the drum and detergent dispenser, check and clean the filter monthly, and ensure the door seal is free of debris. Perform a maintenance wash with an empty drum using a drum cleaner or a hot water cycle with vinegar.
Ensure the machine is level by adjusting its feet. Check that the laundry load is balanced. Avoid overloading the drum, and ensure that transit bolts have been removed if it’s a new installation.
To reset the washing machine, unplug it from the power source, wait for about one minute, and then plug it back in. This can help resolve minor electronic glitches.
Ensure the cycle has finished completely. If the door remains locked, unplug the machine for a few minutes to reset it. If the issue persists, the door lock mechanism may need to be inspected by a professional.
Leave the door slightly ajar after each wash to allow air circulation. Regularly clean the door seal and run a hot water cycle with vinegar or a washing machine cleaner monthly to eliminate residues.
Distribute clothes evenly around the drum without overloading. Mix different types of fabrics to improve washing efficiency and prevent imbalance during the spin cycle.
Refer to the user manual for guidance on various programs. Use the control knob to select the program that matches your fabric type and soiling level, and adjust additional settings as needed.
