To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, add detergent, close the door, select the desired program using the program selector knob, and press the start/pause button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or clogged. Ensure the pump filter is clean and free of debris. Also, verify that the drain hose is positioned at the correct height.
To clean the detergent drawer, press the release tab, remove the drawer, and rinse it under warm water. Use a soft brush to remove any residue. Ensure it is dry before reinserting.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load. Try redistributing the clothes evenly in the drum. Also, ensure the washing machine is level and stable on the floor.
To clean the pump filter, unplug the machine, open the filter cover at the bottom front, and turn the filter counterclockwise to remove it. Clean under running water and replace it securely.
Ensure the water supply tap is open and the inlet hose is not kinked. Check the water inlet filter for blockages and clean if necessary.
To reduce energy consumption, wash full loads, use lower temperature settings, and select shorter wash cycles when possible. Regularly clean the machine to maintain efficiency.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the detergent drawer, checking and cleaning the pump filter, inspecting hoses for leaks or damage, and ensuring the machine is level.
To prevent odors, leave the door slightly open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Run a monthly maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner or vinegar.
Refer to the user manual for specific error code meanings. Common solutions include checking water supply, ensuring the door is closed, and resetting the machine by unplugging it for a few minutes.
