To change the temperature settings, open the refrigerator door and locate the control panel. Use the up and down arrows to adjust the temperature for both the fridge and freezer compartments.
Ensure that the doors are closing properly and the seals are clean. Check the temperature settings and ensure that the vents inside are not blocked. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every 6 months to ensure optimal performance. Unplug the refrigerator, remove the grill at the bottom, and use a vacuum or brush to clean the coils.
Water pooling can be caused by a blocked defrost drain. To fix this, clear the drain hole located at the back of the refrigerator using warm water and a small brush.
Ensure that the refrigerator is level and not in contact with any walls or cabinets. Also, check for any loose parts or items inside that could be vibrating.
Place frequently used items in the front and heavier items on the bottom shelves. Ensure that air can circulate around all items by not overloading the shelves.
Unplug the refrigerator, locate the light cover inside, and remove it. Unscrew the old bulb and replace it with a new one of the same type and wattage. Reattach the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
Ensure that the ice maker is turned on and the water supply is connected. Check for any ice blockages and make sure the freezer temperature is set correctly. If the problem persists, consult the manual or contact support.
Clean spills immediately and regularly check for expired items. Use a baking soda box or a specialized fridge deodorizer to absorb odors.
To perform a factory reset, locate the reset button on the control panel. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the display blinks, then release. This will reset the settings to factory defaults.
