To reset the temperature settings, press the "Temperature" button on the control panel. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the temperature to your desired setting.
First, check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the temperature settings are correct. Clean the condenser coils located at the back of the refrigerator and check the door seals for any leaks.
It is recommended to clean the condenser coils every six months to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Water pooling can be caused by a blocked defrost drain. To resolve this, locate the drain hole and clear any obstructions with a piece of wire or a pipe cleaner.
To replace the light bulb, first unplug the refrigerator. Remove the light cover by unscrewing or unclipping it, then replace the old bulb with a new one of the same type and wattage.
Ensure the ice maker is turned on and the water supply is connected. Check for any ice blockages in the ice maker and remove them. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer service.
Ensure the refrigerator is level by adjusting the front leveling legs. Check that it is not touching any walls or cabinets, and make sure the items inside are not vibrating against each other.
Place raw meat and fish on the bottom shelf to prevent drippings. Store dairy products in the middle shelves, and use the door for condiments and drinks as it's the warmest part of the fridge.
To manually defrost, remove all items from the refrigerator, unplug it, and leave the doors open to allow ice to melt. Clean up excess water and dry the interiors before plugging it back in.
The recommended temperature setting for the refrigerator compartment is between 3°C and 5°C, and for the freezer, it should be between -18°C and -20°C.
