To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, add detergent, close the door securely, select the desired wash program using the control knob, and press the start button.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure the pump filter is clean and free from debris. If the problem persists, inspect the drain pump for any faults.
Remove the dispenser drawer by pulling it out completely. Soak it in warm, soapy water, scrub with a soft brush, rinse thoroughly, and replace it.
Run an empty wash cycle with hot water and a cup of white vinegar once a month to clean the drum and remove any build-up or odors.
Ensure the washing machine is level on the floor. Redistribute the laundry evenly in the drum. Check for any transit bolts that need to be removed.
Check if the power cord is plugged in and the outlet is working. Make sure the door is properly closed. Verify the water supply is on and the program is selected.
Leave the door slightly open after each wash to allow air circulation. Regularly clean the door seal and detergent drawer. Use a washing machine cleaner monthly.
Overloading the machine can prevent proper spinning. Ensure the load is balanced and not too heavy. Inspect the drive belt and motor if issues persist.
Ensure the machine is on a stable, level surface. Use rubber vibration pads under the feet. Avoid overloading and check for loose items in the drum.
Clean the detergent drawer and filter monthly, check hoses for leaks, run a cleaning cycle periodically, and ensure the machine is level and stable.
