To assemble the trimmer, attach the handle to the shaft by aligning the grooves and securing with the provided screws. Then, connect the trimmer head to the shaft by snapping it into place until you hear a click.
Use the Bosch charger included with your trimmer. Insert the battery into the charger and plug it into a power outlet. The LED indicator will signal the charging process, turning green when fully charged.
First, check if the battery is charged and properly inserted. Ensure that the safety switch is engaged and the trigger is pulled completely. Inspect for any visible damage or obstructions in the trimmer head.
Regularly clean the trimmer head and shaft to remove grass clippings and debris. Check and replace the cutting line as needed. Ensure the battery contacts are clean and store the battery in a cool, dry place.
Turn off the trimmer and remove the battery. Unscrew the trimmer head cover, take out the spool, and wind the new line following the direction indicated on the spool. Reassemble the head and test the trimmer.
Check for any damage or imbalance in the trimmer head or line. Ensure the cutting line is evenly wound and not too short. Tighten any loose parts on the trimmer.
Avoid completely draining the battery before charging. Store the battery at room temperature and charge it before long-term storage. Use the recommended Bosch charger for optimal performance.
It is not recommended to use the trimmer in wet or damp conditions as it may lead to electrical hazards or damage the tool. Always use it in dry conditions for safety.
