die volle Leistung des Akkus zu gewhrleisten, laden Sie vor dem ersten Einsatz den Akku voll- stndig im Ladegert auf.

u Bewahren Sie Akkus auerhalb der Reich- weite von Kindern auf.

u ffnen Sie den Akku nicht. Es besteht die Ge- fahr eines Kurzschlusses.

u Bei Beschdigung und unsachgemem Ge- brauch des Akkus knnen Dmpfe austreten. Der Akku kann brennen oder explodieren. Fhren Sie Frischluft zu und suchen Sie bei Be- schwerden einen Arzt auf. Die Dmpfe knnen die Atemwege reizen.

u Bei falscher Anwendung oder beschdigtem Akku kann brennbare Flssigkeit aus dem Akku austreten. Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt damit. Bei zuflligem Kontakt mit Wasser ab- splen. Wenn die Flssigkeit in die Augen kommt, nehmen Sie zustzliche rztliche Hil-

fe in Anspruch. Austretende Akkuflssigkeit kann zu Hautreizungen oder Verbrennungen fhren.

u Bei defektem Akku kann Flssigkeit austre- ten und angrenzende Gegenstnde benet- zen. berprfen Sie betroffene Teile. Reini- gen Sie diese oder tauschen Sie sie gegebenen- falls aus.

u Schlieen Sie den Akku nicht kurz. Halten Sie den nicht benutzten Akku fern von Bro- klammern, Mnzen, Schlsseln, Ngeln, Schrauben oder anderen kleinen Metallge- genstnden, die eine berbrckung der Kon- takte verursachen knnten. Ein Kurzschluss zwischen den Akkukontakten kann Verbrennun- gen oder Feuer zur Folge haben.

u Durch spitze Gegenstnde wie z. B. Nagel oder Schraubenzieher oder durch uere Krafteinwirkung kann der Akku beschdigt werden. Es kann zu einem internen Kurzschluss kommen und der Akku brennen, rauchen, ex- plodieren oder berhitzen.

u Warten Sie niemals beschdigte Akkus. Smtliche Wartung von Akkus sollte nur durch den Hersteller oder bevollmchtigte Kunden- dienststellen erfolgen.

Schtzen Sie den Akku vor Hitze, z. B. auch vor dauernder Sonnenein- strahlung, Feuer, Schmutz, Wasser und Feuchtigkeit. Es besteht Explosi- ons- und Kurzschlussgefahr.

u Betreiben und lagern Sie den Akku nur bei ei- ner Umgebungstemperatur zwischen -20 C  und +50 C. Lassen Sie den Akku z.B. im Som- mer nicht im Auto liegen. Bei Temperaturen < 0 C kann es gertespezifisch zu Leistungsein- schrnkung kommen.

u Laden Sie den Akku nur bei Umgebungstem- peraturen zwischen 0C und +35C. Laden Sie den Akku mit USB-Anschluss nur ber diesen bei Umgebungstemperaturen zwi- schen +10C und +35C. Laden auerhalb des Temperaturbereiches kann den Akku beschdi- gen oder die Brandgefahr erhhen.

Wartung und Service Wartung und Reinigung Reinigen Sie gelegentlich die Lftungsschlitze und die Anschlsse des Akkus mit einem weichen, sau- beren und trockenen Pinsel. u Verwenden Sie fr die Reinigung des Akkus kei-

Transport Li-Ionen-Akkus unterliegen den Anforderungen des Gefahrgutrechts. Die Akkus knnen durch den Be- nutzer ohne weitere Auflagen auf der Strae trans- portiert werden. Beim Versand durch Dritte (z.B.: Lufttransport oder Spedition) sind besondere Anforderungen an Verpackung und Kennzeichnung zu beachten. Hier muss bei der Vorbereitung des Versandstckes ein Gefahrgut-Experte hinzugezogen werden. Versenden Sie Akkus nur, wenn das Gehuse un- beschdigt ist. Kleben Sie offene Kontakte ab und verpacken Sie den Akku so, dass er sich nicht in der Verpackung bewegt. Bitte beachten Sie auch eventuelle weiterfhrende nationale Vorschriften.

Entsorgung Werfen Sie Akkus nicht in den Haus- mll!

Akkus und Verpackungen sollen einer umweltgerechten Wiederverwertung zugefhrt werden.

ensure full battery capacity, fully charge the battery in the charger before using your power tool for the first time.

u Keep battery packs out of the reach of chil- dren.

u Do not open the battery. There is a risk of short-circuiting.

u In case of damage and improper use of the battery, vapours may be emitted. The bat- tery can set alight or explode. Ensure the area is well ventilated and seek medical attention should you experience any adverse effects. The vapours may irritate the respiratory system.

u If used incorrectly or if the battery is dam- aged, flammable liquid may be ejected from the battery. Contact with this liquid should be avoided. If contact accidentally occurs, rinse off with water. If the liquid comes into

contact with your eyes, seek additional med- ical attention. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

u If the battery is damaged liquid can be ejec- ted and cover nearby surfaces. Check af- fected parts. Clean these parts or change them if necessary.

u Do not short-circuit the battery pack. When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.

u The battery can be damaged by pointed ob- jects such as nails or screwdrivers or by force applied externally. An internal short cir- cuit may occur, causing the battery to burn, smoke, explode or overheat.

u Never service damaged battery packs. Ser- vice of battery packs should only be performed by the manufacturer or authorized service pro- viders.

Protect the battery against heat, e.g. against continuous intense sunlight, fire, dirt, water and moisture. There is a risk of explosion and short-circuit- ing.

u Only operate and store the battery at an am- bient temperature between -20 C and +50 C. Do not leave the battery in your car in the summer, for example. At temperatures of < 0 C some devices may experience a loss of power.

u Only charge the battery at an ambient tem- perature which is between 0 C and +35 C. Only charge the rechargeable battery with a USB cable at an ambient temperature which is between +10 C and +35 C. Charging out- side of this temperature range can increase the risk of damage to the battery and pose a fire hazard.

Maintenance and Service Maintenance and Cleaning Occasionally clean the ventilation slots and the ter- minals on the battery using a soft brush that is clean and dry.

u Do not use any chemical substances to clean the rechargeable battery.

Transport Lithium-ion batteries are subject to the Dangerous Goods Legislation requirements. The batteries are suitable for road-transport by the user without fur- ther restrictions. When shipping by third parties (e.g.: by air trans- port or forwarding agency), special requirements on packaging and labelling must be observed. For preparation of the item being shipped, consulting an expert for hazardous material is required. Dispatch battery packs only when the housing is undamaged. Tape or mask off open contacts and pack up the battery in such a manner that it cannot move around in the packaging. Please also observe the possibility of more detailed national regula- tions.

Disposal Do not dispose of batteries with house- hold waste!

Batteries and packaging should be sor- ted for environmentally friendly recyc- ling.

u Les objets pointus comme un clou ou un tour- nevis et le fait dexercer une force extrieure sur le botier risque dendommager laccu. Il peut en rsulter un court-circuit interne et laccu risque de senflammer, de dgager des fumes, dexploser ou de surchauffer.

u Ne jamais effectuer d'opration d'entretien sur des blocs de batteries endommags. Il convient que l'entretien des blocs de batteries ne soit effectu que par le fabricant ou les four- nisseurs de service autoriss.

Conservez la batterie labri de la chaleur, en la protgeant p. ex. de l'ensoleillement direct, du feu, de la salet, de leau et de lhumidit. Il existe un risque d'explosion et de courts-circuits.

u Nutilisez et ne stockez la batterie qu des tempratures comprises entre -20 C et +50 C. Par exemple, ne laissez pas la batterie dans une voiture en plein t. des tempratures < 0C, la puissance peut tre limite en fonction de l'appareil.

u Evite que se produzca un cortocircuito. Si no utiliza la batera, gurdela separada de clips, monedas, llaves, clavos, tornillos o dems objetos metlicos que pudieran puentear sus contactos. El cortocircuito de los contactos de la batera puede causar quemaduras o un incen- dio.

u Mediante objetos puntiagudos, como p. ej. clavos o destornilladores, o por influjo de fuerza exterior se puede daar el acumula- dor. Se puede generar un cortocircuito interno y el acumulador puede arder, humear, explotar o sobrecalentarse.

u No repare los acumuladores daados. El man- tenimiento de los acumuladores slo debe ser realizado por el fabricante o un servicio tcnico autorizado.

u Bij beschadiging en verkeerd gebruik van de accu kunnen er dampen vrijkomen. De accu kan branden of exploderen. Zorg voor de aan- voer van frisse lucht en zoek bij klachten een arts op. De dampen kunnen de luchtwegen irri- teren.

u Bij verkeerd gebruik of een beschadigde ac- cu kan brandbare vloeistof uit de accu lek- ken. Voorkom contact daarmee. Spoel bij on- voorzien contact met water af. Wanneer de vloeistof in de ogen komt, dient u bovendien

een arts te raadplegen.Gelekte accuvloeistof kan tot huidirritaties of verbrandingen leiden.

u Bij een defecte accu kan vloeistof eruit lek- ken en naburige voorwerpen bevochtigen. Controleer de getroffen onderdelen. Reinig deze of vervang ze indien nodig.

u Veroorzaak geen kortsluiting bij de accu. Houd de niet-gebruikte accu uit de buurt van paperclips, munten, sleutels, spijkers, schroeven of andere kleine metalen voor- werpen die overbrugging van de contacten zouden kunnen veroorzaken. Kortsluiting tus- sen de accucontacten kan brandwonden of brand tot gevolg hebben.

u Door spitse voorwerpen, zoals bijv. spijkers of schroevendraaiers, of door krachtinwer- king van buitenaf kan de accu beschadigd worden. Er kan een interne kortsluiting ont- staan en de accu doen branden, roken, explo- deren of oververhitten.

u Voer nooit servicewerkzaamheden aan be- schadigde accu's uit. Service van accu's dient uitsluitend te worden uitgevoerd door de fabri- kant of erkende servicewerkplaatsen.

Bescherm de accu tegen hitte, bij- voorbeeld ook tegen voortdurend zonlicht, vuur, vuil, water en vocht. Er bestaat gevaar voor explosie en kort- sluiting.

Vervoer Li-Ion-accu's vallen onder de vereisten van de wet- geving inzake gevaarlijke stoffen. De accus kunnen door de gebruiker zonder verdere voorschriften over de weg vervoerd worden. Bij de verzending door derden (bijv. luchtvervoer of expeditiebedrijf) moeten bijzondere eisen ten aanzien van verpakking en markering in acht geno- men worden. In deze gevallen moet bij de voorbe- reiding van de verzending een deskundige voor ge- vaarlijke stoffen geraadpleegd worden. Verzend accus alleen, wanneer de behuizing onbe- schadigd is. Plak blootliggende contacten af en verpak de accu zodanig dat deze niet in de verpak- king beweegt. Neem ook eventuele overige natio- nale voorschriften in acht.
