Ensure the tractor is on a flat surface, sit on the seat, engage the parking brake, and turn the ignition key to start the engine.
Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87. Avoid using E85 or other high-ethanol fuels.
Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use and then every 50 hours of operation or annually, whichever comes first.
Use the cutting height adjustment lever located near the operator's seat to set the desired cutting height. Ensure the tractor is stationary while making adjustments.
Check if there is sufficient fuel, ensure the battery is charged, and verify that the spark plug is clean and properly connected.
Remove the air filter cover, take out the filter, and gently clean it using compressed air or replace it if it's excessively dirty.
Drain the fuel, remove the battery and store it in a warm place, change the oil, and clean the tractor thoroughly to prevent rust.
Check if the blades are sharp and balanced, ensure the deck is level, and verify that the tire pressure is even on all tires.
Consider adding wheel weights or tire chains, especially when operating on slopes or in wet conditions.
Regularly check and change the oil, inspect the air filter, clean the mower deck, and ensure all nuts and bolts are tight.
