To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm by selecting 'Reset Tablet'.
Ensure that the charging cable and adapter are functioning and securely connected. Check for debris in the charging port and try a different outlet or charger if possible.
Reduce screen brightness, close unused apps, disable background data, and activate battery saver mode under Settings > Battery.
Restart the device by holding the power button until it reboots. If the issue persists, consider clearing the cache or performing a factory reset.
Go to Settings > System > Advanced > System Update. Tap 'Check for update' and follow the on-screen instructions if an update is available.
