First, check if the charging cable and adapter are functioning properly. Try using a different charger and outlet. If the problem persists, clean the charging port carefully and ensure it's free of debris.

To take a screenshot, simultaneously press and hold the volume down button and the power button until the screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved in the gallery.
If your device is running slow, close unused apps, clear cache via Settings > Storage > Cached data, and consider uninstalling apps you no longer need. Restarting the device can also help.
Use the phone's transfer tool by going to Settings > System > Backup & Restore. Follow the instructions to transfer data from your old device using a USB cable or via cloud services.
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on the device. Restart the phone and router. If the issue persists, forget the network and reconnect by entering the password again.
To enable developer options, go to Settings > About Phone. Tap 'Build number' seven times until you see the message 'You are now a developer.' Developer options will now appear in the System menu.
To back up your data, go to Settings > System > Backup. Enable 'Back up to Google Drive' to automatically save app data, call history, and device settings.
