First, check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. Try using a different charger. If the problem persists, clean the charging port and check for any debris.
Reduce screen brightness, turn off unused apps, disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not needed, and activate battery saver mode to extend battery life.
Go to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Software Update'. Check for updates and follow the on-screen instructions to install them. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery.
Try performing a soft reset by holding the power button until the device restarts. If the issue persists, consider clearing cache or performing a factory reset.
Use the 'Phone Clone' app or Google account backup to transfer data. Ensure both devices are connected to Wi-Fi and follow the setup instructions for data transfer.
Go to 'Settings' > 'About phone' and tap 'Build number' seven times. Developer options will be available in the 'System' menu.
Remove the case, close unused apps, avoid direct sunlight, and reduce screen brightness. Let the device cool down before using it again.
Delete unused apps, clear cache, move files to the cloud or an SD card, and use the built-in storage manager to identify large files for deletion.
Press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously until the screen flashes, indicating the screenshot has been taken.
