First, ensure the device is charged. Try pressing and holding the power button for at least 10 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, try charging with a different cable or adapter.

Battery drain can be caused by multiple factors like background apps, screen brightness, and connectivity options. Check for apps running in the background, reduce screen brightness, and disable Wi-Fi or Bluetooth when not in use.
To free up storage space, navigate to Settings > Storage, and review the contents. Delete unnecessary files or apps, and consider using cloud storage for photos and videos.
To insert a SIM card, power off the phone, remove the back cover, locate the SIM card slot, and carefully insert the SIM card with the gold contacts facing downwards. Replace the back cover and power on the phone.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi. Turn on Wi-Fi, select the desired network, and enter the password if required. Tap Connect to join the network.
Ensure the charging cable and adapter are working by testing with another device. Check the charging port for debris and clean it gently. If the problem persists, try using a different power source.
You can transfer data using the "Phone Clone" app or similar apps available on the Play Store. Both phones should have the app installed. Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer contacts, photos, and other data.
