To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm the action and wait for the device to reset.
Ensure the battery is charged by connecting to a power source. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the power button for 10 seconds. If the issue persists, consider a hardware inspection.
Reduce screen brightness, turn off unused apps running in the background, and disable features like Bluetooth and GPS when not in use.
Locate the SIM card slot, usually on the side of the device. Use a SIM ejector tool to open the tray, place the SIM card in the tray, and reinsert it into the device.
Clear cache and unnecessary files, uninstall unused apps, and ensure the system software is up to date. Restarting the device can also help improve performance.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi. Turn on Wi-Fi, select your network from the list, and enter the password if required.
Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you see a confirmation on the screen.
Restart your device by holding the power button until it turns off. If the problem continues, check for system updates or perform a factory reset as a last resort.
Connect your phone to the computer using a USB cable. Select 'File Transfer' mode on your phone, then you can drag and drop files between devices.
