To update the firmware, connect the RX-AS710 to the internet via Ethernet. On the receiver, press SETUP, go to "Network" > "Network Update", and follow the on-screen instructions. Ensure the network connection is stable during the update.
Ensure the Wi-Fi router is on and in range. Check if the SSID and password are correct. Restart the router and receiver, and try reconnecting. If issues persist, update the receiver's firmware and check for any network interference.
To perform a factory reset, turn off the receiver. Then, press and hold the "STRAIGHT" button while turning it back on. Release the "STRAIGHT" button when "Advanced Setup" appears. Use the program selector to choose "INIT" and confirm to reset.
Check if the receiver is set to the correct input source. Ensure all cables are properly connected. Verify the speaker settings and volume levels. Try different audio sources to rule out source issues.
To connect Bluetooth devices, set the receiver to Bluetooth mode. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices. Select "RX-AS710" from the list to pair and connect.
Press SETUP on the remote, navigate to "Zone" settings. Enable the desired zones and configure source input and volume. Use the remote to switch between zones and control each one individually.
Ensure the receiver is connected to a stable and fast internet connection. Preferably use an Ethernet connection for better stability. Also, close unnecessary network applications and keep the firmware updated.
Ensure the HDMI cables are securely connected and not damaged. Check if the TV and receiver are set to the correct HDMI input. Try a different HDMI cable or port. Update the firmware if the problem persists.
Connect the YPAO microphone to the receiver's front panel. Press SETUP, go to "Speaker" > "YPAO" and start the calibration process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the speaker setup.
Use high-quality speakers and cables. Ensure proper speaker placement and calibration using YPAO. Explore the receiver's sound modes and adjust the equalizer settings to suit your preference.
