First, ensure that the piano is properly plugged in and turned on. Check the volume settings and headphones jack. If the issue persists, it may require a factory reset or professional servicing.
To perform a factory reset on the CLP-380, turn off the piano, then hold down the C7 key (the highest C) while turning the power back on. This will reset settings to factory defaults.
Regularly dust the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners. Check for firmware updates and ensure the piano is placed in a stable environment away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
Locate the headphone jacks at the front of the piano, under the left side of the keyboard. Insert the headphone plug into one of the jacks; using headphones automatically silences the speakers.
Yes, you can connect your CLP-380 to a computer using a USB-MIDI interface. Connect the interface to the USB TO HOST port on the piano and install any necessary drivers on your computer.
A buzzing sound might be due to a loose connection or external interference. Check all cable connections and ensure no electronic devices are causing interference. If the problem persists, consult a technician.
Press the [VOICE] button to cycle through available sounds. Use the [-/NO] and [+/YES] buttons to select different voices such as Piano, Strings, or Organ.
