To properly load dishes, place larger items like pots and pans in the bottom rack and smaller items like glasses and cups in the top rack. Ensure that nothing is blocking the spray arms.
Check if the dishwasher is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the door is fully closed and the start button is pressed firmly.
Remove the bottom rack to access the filter. Twist the cylindrical filter counterclockwise to remove it, then rinse it under running water. Reinstall the filter by twisting it clockwise.
Use high-quality automatic dishwasher detergents in powder, gel, or tablet form. Avoid using hand dishwashing liquid.
Check for blockages in the drain hose or filter. Ensure the garbage disposal (if connected) is clear. Verify that the drain pump is functioning properly.
Regularly clean the filter and spray arms, and inspect the door gasket for debris. Run an empty cycle with vinegar to eliminate odors and buildup.
Open the rinse aid dispenser cap and turn the dial inside to adjust the level, with a higher number indicating more rinse aid release per cycle.
White residue is often caused by hard water. Increase the amount of rinse aid used or install a water softener if necessary.
To reset the dishwasher, press the 'Cancel/Drain' button and allow the cycle to complete. If the problem persists, disconnect the power for a few minutes before reconnecting.
Ensure that dishes are properly loaded and not obstructing the spray arms. Check for foreign objects in the filter and sump area. If noises persist, contact a service technician.
