To adjust the temperature settings, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator. Use the up and down arrows to set your desired temperature for both the refrigerator and freezer compartments.
Check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the vents inside are not blocked and the door seals are clean and sealing properly. If the problem persists, consider contacting a service technician.
It's recommended to clean the condenser coils every six months to maintain optimal performance. Use a vacuum or a brush to remove dust and debris.
Water pooling can be caused by a blocked defrost drain. Check the drain for obstructions and clear any debris or ice build-up. Ensure that the refrigerator is level to allow proper drainage.
To replace the water filter, locate it inside the refrigerator, typically near the top right corner. Turn the old filter counterclockwise to remove it. Insert the new filter and rotate it clockwise until it locks into place. Run water through the dispenser for a few minutes to clear out any air and carbon residue.
Ensure the ice maker is turned on and the water supply line is connected and not kinked. Check the freezer temperature to ensure it's set to the correct level. If these are all in order, consider defrosting the freezer and resetting the ice maker.
Unplug the refrigerator from the power source. Locate the light cover inside the refrigerator, gently remove it and unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage, then reattach the cover and plug the refrigerator back in.
Use a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap to wipe down the interior surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For odors, place an open box of baking soda inside the refrigerator.
Keep the refrigerator and freezer doors closed as much as possible. Ensure the door seals are tight and clean. Regularly defrost the freezer if it's not frost-free and maintain a consistent temperature setting.
Unusual noises can be caused by the refrigerator not being level, items inside vibrating, or the compressor running. Check and adjust the leveling feet and ensure items are not touching the interior walls. If noises persist, it may require service from a technician.
