To check the engine oil level, place the scooter on the main stand, remove the dipstick, clean it, reinsert without screwing it, and then check the level. It should be between the minimum and maximum marks.
The recommended tire pressure for the TVS Zest Scooter is 24 psi for the front tire and 28 psi for the rear tire.
To improve fuel efficiency, ensure regular servicing, maintain correct tire pressure, avoid aggressive acceleration, and keep the engine tuned.
If the scooter doesn't start, check the battery connections, ensure the fuel valve is open, and verify that the kill switch is in the 'run' position. If it still doesn't start, consult a mechanic.
It's recommended to service your TVS Zest Scooter every 3,000 to 4,000 kilometers or every 6 months, whichever comes first.
The best engine oil for TVS Zest is 10W-30 grade oil, which provides optimal performance and longevity.
To adjust the headlight beam, locate the adjusting screws near the headlight assembly and turn them to set the beam at your desired angle.
If the brakes feel weak, check the brake fluid level, inspect the brake pads for wear, and ensure there are no leaks in the brake lines. If needed, consult a professional for a thorough inspection.
To clean the air filter, remove the air filter cover, take out the filter element, and use compressed air to blow out dust and debris. Reinstall the filter securely after cleaning.
To replace a blown fuse, locate the fuse box near the battery, identify the faulty fuse, and replace it with a fuse of the same rating. Always carry spare fuses for emergencies.
