Ensure the machine is level by adjusting the feet. Check that the load is balanced and not overloaded.
Clean the drum once a month using a drum cleaning cycle or a hot wash with a cup of white vinegar to prevent odor and residue buildup.
Use high-efficiency (HE) detergent for the Thomson WTT6100I to prevent excessive sudsing and ensure optimal performance.
Use cold water settings when possible, run full loads, and choose energy-saving cycles to reduce energy consumption.
To reset the machine, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. This can help clear minor electronic glitches.
