To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, add detergent to the dispenser, close the door securely, select the desired wash program using the program selector dial, and press the 'Start/Pause' button.
Ensure the machine is plugged in and switched on. Check if the door is closed properly. Verify that the water supply is turned on and the 'Start/Pause' button has been pressed.
Run an empty wash cycle using hot water and add a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner to the detergent dispenser. This helps remove any residue and odors.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting its feet. Avoid overloading the drum, and distribute the laundry evenly to prevent imbalance.
Check if the inlet hoses are securely connected and not damaged. Inspect the door seal for any debris or damage. Ensure the detergent drawer is not clogged or overfilled.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, filter, and drum. Check the hoses for wear and tear, and ensure the machine is level to avoid excessive vibration.
Turn off the machine and unplug it from the power source. Wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and restart the desired wash cycle.
Ensure that the spin speed is set correctly. Check if the load is too small or too large, as this can affect the spinning efficiency.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Regularly run a maintenance wash with hot water and vinegar or a washing machine cleaner.
Pre-treat stains with a suitable stain remover before washing. Use the appropriate wash program and temperature setting for the fabric type to ensure effective stain removal.
