To perform a factory reset on your TCL 306 6102H, go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm your choice and allow the phone to reboot.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you see a screen capture animation.
Ensure the charging cable and adapter are functioning correctly. Try using a different charger or cable. Check for debris in the charging port and clean it gently if necessary.
You can expand the storage by inserting a microSD card into the dedicated slot. Make sure the phone supports the capacity of the microSD card you are using.
