To take a screenshot on the TCL 20B 6159K, press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button simultaneously until you hear a shutter sound or see a visual confirmation on the screen.
Go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm the reset and wait for the device to restart. Make sure to back up your data before performing a factory reset.
First, check if the charging cable and adapter are working by using them with another device. Clean the charging port with a dry brush to remove any dust or debris. If the problem persists, try a different power outlet or contact TCL support.
