To bind the Spektrum AR10360T receiver, power on the receiver while holding the bind button until the LED flashes. Then, put your transmitter in bind mode. Once the LED on the receiver turns solid, binding is complete.
Check the antenna placement to ensure they are at different angles and away from conductive materials. Also, verify that there are no sources of interference nearby and that the receiver firmware is up-to-date.
Download the latest firmware from the Spektrum website. Transfer the firmware file to an SD card and insert it into the receiver. Follow the on-screen instructions on your transmitter to complete the update.
The AR10360T supports full-range telemetry including signal strength, battery voltage, and flight log data. A compatible telemetry module or sensors may be needed for additional data.
Activate range test mode on your transmitter, which typically reduces power output. Walk approximately 30 paces away from the model while maintaining control. Ensure the receiver maintains a stable connection throughout the test.
The AR10360T is designed to work specifically with Spektrum DSM2/DSMX transmitters. It may not be compatible with transmitters from other brands.
Install the antennas in a V-shaped configuration, ideally at a 90-degree angle relative to each other, and ensure they are not in contact with metal or carbon fiber parts.
Check the power connections and ensure the battery is charged. Verify that the ESC or BEC is providing the correct voltage and inspect the wiring for any damage.
While binding, set the transmitter controls to the desired failsafe positions. The receiver will record these settings. In case of signal loss, the receiver will revert to these pre-set positions.
Use a Spektrum telemetry-capable transmitter to access the flight log menu. Connect to the receiver and view data such as frame losses, holds, and fades to assess signal integrity.
