To set the clock, press the 'Clock' button, then use the 'Tuning +/−' buttons to set the hour and minute. Press 'Clock' again to confirm.
Ensure the power cord is properly connected to both the unit and the wall outlet. Check if the batteries are correctly installed and replace them if necessary.
Extend and adjust the antenna for better reception. If indoors, try moving the unit closer to a window. Avoid placing it near electronics that may cause interference.
The Sony ZS-M1 does not support Bluetooth or auxiliary connections. It is designed primarily for CD and radio playback.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the exterior. For the CD lens, use a commercial lens cleaner made for CD players.
Ensure the CD is clean and free from scratches. Check if the player is on a stable surface and not subject to vibrations.
Tune to the desired station, then press and hold a preset button until you hear a beep. The station is now saved to that preset.
Remove the batteries if the unit will not be used for an extended period. Use fresh batteries and avoid mixing old and new ones.
To reset, disconnect the power cord and remove the batteries. Wait for a few minutes, then reconnect and power on the unit.
Ensure the unit is powered on. If the drawer still won't open, try unplugging the unit and plugging it back in. Do not force the drawer open.
