To pair your Sony WI-SP510, turn on the headphones, then press and hold the power button until you hear "Bluetooth pairing". Enable Bluetooth on your device and select "WI-SP510" from the list of available devices.
To reset the headphones, turn them off, then press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously for about 7 seconds until you see the LED flash.
Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to both the headphones and a power source. Check the USB port and cable for any damage or debris. If issues persist, try using a different charging cable or adapter.
Press the power button once. The LED indicator will flash different colors to show the battery level: blue signifies high, purple signifies medium, and red signifies low.
The Sony WI-SP510 headphones have an IPX5 water resistance rating, making them suitable for use in rain and during workouts, but they should not be submerged in water.
To improve Bluetooth stability, keep the headphones and device within close range, ensure there are no large obstacles or walls between them, and minimize interference from other wireless devices.
Check if the headphones are properly connected to the device and if the device's volume is turned up. Ensure the headphones are charged and not muted. Restart the headphones and the device if necessary.
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the headphones. Avoid using alcohol or other solvents. Clean the earbuds and eartips regularly to maintain sound quality. Ensure they are dry before storing them.
The Sony WI-SP510 does not support multipoint connectivity, so it can only be connected to one device at a time. To switch devices, disconnect from the current device and pair it with the new one.
Store the headphones in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It's best to keep them in a case to prevent damage and avoid tangling the cables.
