To pair your Sony WI-C300 with a Bluetooth device, turn on the headphones, then press and hold the power button until the indicator starts flashing quickly. Enable Bluetooth on your device, search for "WI-C300" in the list of available devices, and select it to pair.
If your WI-C300 headphones are not charging, ensure the USB cable is properly connected to the headphones and a power source. Try using a different USB cable or power adapter and check for any debris in the charging port.
To reset your Sony WI-C300 headphones, press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously for about 7 seconds until the indicator light flashes. This will reset the headphones to factory settings.
