To reset the Sony STR-DB870 to factory settings, turn off the receiver, then hold down the "Power" button and press the "Preset Tuning +" and "Preset Tuning -" buttons simultaneously until "All Clear" appears on the display.
Ensure that the HDMI or audio cables are properly connected, the speakers are correctly attached, and the receiver is set to the correct input source. Also, check the speaker settings in the setup menu.
The Sony STR-DB870 does not have built-in Bluetooth capability. To connect a Bluetooth device, you'll need to use a Bluetooth audio adapter connected to the receiver's auxiliary input.
