To set the alarm, press the 'ALARM SET' button, then use the 'TIME SET' buttons to adjust the hour and minute. Confirm your setting by pressing the 'ALARM SET' button again.
Ensure the device is plugged into a working power outlet. Check the power cord for damage and replace it if necessary. Also, verify that the backup battery is properly installed.
Try extending and adjusting the position of the FM wire antenna. For AM reception, rotate the clock radio horizontally to find the best signal.
Adjust the display brightness by pressing the 'SNOOZE/BRIGHTNESS' button. If the problem persists, check the power connection and try resetting the device.
To reset the unit, unplug it from the power source and remove the backup battery. Wait a few minutes, then reinsert the battery and plug the device back in.
It's recommended to use the specified type, a 9V battery, for backup. Using a different type may affect performance or cause damage.
