To improve reception, fully extend the telescopic antenna for FM and SW bands, and reposition the radio for AM bands. Avoid obstructions like walls or metal surfaces that can interfere with signal strength.
Open the battery compartment located at the back of the radio, remove the old batteries, and replace them with new AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely after replacement.
Unexpected power offs can be due to low battery power. Check and replace the batteries if needed. Also, ensure that the battery compartment is clean and the contacts are not corroded.
Press the 'Alarm' button, then use the tuning buttons to set the desired alarm time. Press 'Enter' to confirm. The alarm icon should appear on the display, indicating the alarm is set.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the exterior. Avoid using water or cleaning solvents. For the screen and delicate parts, a microfiber cloth is recommended to prevent scratches.
To reset to factory settings, remove the batteries and disconnect any external power source. Wait for a few minutes before reinserting the batteries or reconnecting the power.
First, check the batteries and replace them if necessary. If the problem persists, try resetting the device by removing the batteries for a few minutes. If the issue continues, professional servicing may be needed.
Use the 'Manual Tuning' button to enter manual mode, then use the tuning wheel to adjust the frequency until you reach the desired station.
Static noise can be caused by interference from electronic devices or poor signal reception. Try moving to a different location or adjusting the antenna. Ensure you are tuned precisely to the station's frequency.
Press the 'Sleep' button, then use the tuning buttons to set the desired sleep time. The radio will automatically turn off after the selected duration.
