To reset your Sony D-EJ621, disconnect all power sources, including batteries and AC adapter. Wait for a few minutes, and then reconnect the power sources.
Ensure the batteries are correctly installed or that the AC adapter is properly connected. If it still does not turn on, try replacing the batteries or using a different power outlet.
To improve battery life, use alkaline batteries, minimize the use of sound enhancement features, and turn off the player when not in use.
CD skipping can be caused by dirt or scratches on the CD. Clean the CD with a soft cloth and try again. If the problem persists, ensure the player is on a stable surface.
Use a CD lens cleaning disc available in electronics stores. Follow the instructions provided with the cleaning disc for best results.
The Sony D-EJ621 can play standard audio CDs and compatible formats like CD-R and CD-RW discs.
Ensure the HOLD switch is in the off position before starting playback. This switch locks the controls to prevent accidental operation.
Check the headphones connection and ensure they are properly plugged in. If the issue persists, try using different headphones.
Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using solvents or abrasive cleaners which can damage the surface.
Check if the CD is inserted properly, and ensure it is clean and free from scratches. If the issue persists, try another CD to determine if the problem is with the disc or the player.
