To reset the Sony CFD-D73, unplug the unit from the power source and remove any batteries. Wait for a few minutes to ensure all residual power is drained, then reconnect and power on the device.
If your Sony CFD-D73 is not playing CDs, check for scratches or dirt on the CD surface. Clean the CD lens gently using a lens cleaning disc. Ensure the CD is compatible and inserted correctly.
To improve radio reception, extend the antenna fully and adjust its position. Try placing the unit near a window or away from electronic devices that may cause interference.
Ensure the cassette is inserted correctly and is not damaged. Clean the cassette player's heads and rollers using a suitable cleaning kit. Check if the tape deck is free of obstructions.
To set the clock, press the 'Clock' button, then use the tuning buttons to adjust the hour and minute. Press 'Enter' to confirm the time setting.
