Ensure that the headset is in pairing mode and within range. Check if the headset is already connected to another device. If problems persist, try resetting the headset by turning it off and on again.
To reset the EZX 60, turn off the device, then press and hold the multifunction button until the LED flashes blue and red. Release the button and wait for the headset to turn off, indicating a successful reset.
Connect the supplied USB cable to the charging port on the headset and plug the other end into a USB power source. The LED will show red while charging and will turn off when fully charged.
The Sennheiser EZX 60 offers up to 7.5 hours of talk time and up to 300 hours of standby time on a full charge.
Ensure the headset is charged and within range of the paired device. Adjust volume settings on both the headset and the connected device. Check for any obstructions or interference in the Bluetooth connection.
A blue flashing LED indicates an active call, red flashing means the battery is low, and alternating blue and red indicates pairing mode. A solid red indicates charging, and no light means the headset is off or fully charged.
The EZX 60 can only be actively connected to one device at a time, but it can remember multiple devices for easy switching.
Check the balance settings on your audio source. Ensure the headset is correctly paired and try re-pairing if necessary. Inspect for any physical damage or debris in the earpiece.
The Sennheiser EZX 60 does not support user-updatable firmware. Ensure your device is running the latest version available from the time of purchase.
